Everyday home essentials for life’s little surprises. This kit includes a thoughtfully curated mix of conventional, natural,
and homeopathic tools we recommend having on hand.

Pain, Fever & Inflammation
Tylenol® (Acetaminophen) – Pain & fever support. 500–1,000 mg every 6 hours (max 3,000 mg/day).

Motrin® (Ibuprofen) – Pain, inflammation & fever. 200–400 mg every 6–8 hours (max 1,200 mg/day OTC). Take with
food.

Sinus, Throat & Immune Support

Cofix® Nasal Spray – Supports nasal comfort and helps protect against seasonal threats by supporting the body’s
natural defenses. Use as directed.

Cofix® Throat Spray – Supports throat comfort and helps protect against environmental and seasonal challenges. Use
as needed.

Oscillococcinum® – Homeopathic flu-like symptom support. 1 tube under tongue up to 3× daily at first sign.

Digestion & Nausea Support
Activated Charcoal – Binds unwanted substances in the digestive tract. 1–2 capsules as needed. Take away from
meds.

Meclizine – Motion sickness, dizziness & nausea. 25–50 mg once daily. May cause drowsiness.

Stress, Shock & Emotional Support
Bach® Rescue Remedy – Emotional balance during stress or overwhelm. 4 drops as needed.

Skin, Bruises & Minor Injuries
Arnicare® Roll-On – Muscle soreness & bruising. Apply up to 3× daily.
Arnica (Oral Homeopathy) – Internal support after bumps or trauma. Use as directed.
Green Goop Salve – Cuts, scrapes, burns & irritated skin. Apply thin layer as needed.
Hydrocortisone 1% Cream – Itching & rashes. Apply thin layer up to 3× daily (short-term use).
